Hey I'm Russ,

I just moved back here less then a year ago, I wanted to try this website out, I have heard some good things from friends of mine.

Some basic interests, personal fitness I love going to the gym,I am a competitive power lifter and hope to compete in words strongest men one day. cooking is very important to me, exercise, sleep :D. A good movie I enjoy comedies, action and horror flicks, sports ive played them all but my favorites are boxing and football. good tunes, I enjoy all sorts of music. good company.

I like to go out once and awhile, looking for down to earth women who want to have good times.
