I enjoy art both visually and creatively and work in wood and ceramics mostly. I also enjoy music though I don't spend nearly as much time on it as I'd like. I pic around a bit on the mandolin. I love to create new things in the kitchen and prefer to improvise rather than follow a recipe. I also love organic gardening.

My goal is to one day be a full time artist and have a place where people can come and learn to create in various art media and about organic gardening. They would be able to sell what they create the the garden shoppe gallery.

I aspire to be the best father to my son and to continue to improve my parenting skills and my expression of love for him. I'm working on spending more quality time with him actually doing things together that will stimulate him intellectually and physically. He is curious about everything.

I'm a free thinker who loves NPR and PBS as much as I love NASCAR. I have an insatiable thirst for learning and love history, science and nature and love intelligent conversation about any subject. I'm separated and have a great relationship with my ex.

My taste in music is wide and varied. I like some of almost everything but I'm passionate about Jazz, Metal and Bluegrass. While this may seem a bit odd I love them for their individual complexity.

I haven't done the "date" thing in a long time. However, I believe I can manage to plan a great evening. First would be a flower and a hug, then off to dinner at someplace I've likely never eaten at before just for the adventure of it. I love the theater and and live music but I'd likely opt for coffee, desert and conversation. I'm open to new ideas on first dates and open to virtually anything.

But you can likely scratch all that since it doesn't really matter what I would do so much as who I'm with. I can have a good time doing most anything with most anyone. If it clicks, great. If not, then at least we both had a good time.
