My favorite hobby is spelunking. It is really amazing to explore a cave and see the interesting things that most people don't even know exist. Spelunking can also be adventurous at times... some of my caving friends now call me Ninja for my use of a Ninja grappling hook to get to a new part of a cave.

I like a wide variety of things, and I'll try most anything at least once. I have even jumped out of a perfectly good airplane! Several years ago, some of my friends and I wanted to do something a little crazy, so we decided to all go skydiving. I also like to spend time at my ranch going fishing, riding 4-wheelers, or just enjoying the outdoors.

A few years ago, I bought my first house in Richardson. It is an old house (built in 1958), so I have had to fix up a few things, but it has a lot of character. My yard was like a jungle when I bought my house... I don't think the former owners ever trimmed or cut anything back. I even thought that I had a flower bed in one spot, but it turns out that the plants were just growing out of a crack between the house and the porch. After a lot of hard work, my yard looks a lot better now. My current project is trying to remove the old wallpaper and refinish the walls in one of my bathrooms.

I love to travel and to experience different cultures. One of the most interesting places that I have been in Israel. It was pretty cool to float in the dead sea... with my arms out of the water! Most of my travels have been for work, but of course I always take a few extra days to see the sights. Now if only I could arrange for a business trip to Australia or South America...

My family is also very important to me. Growing up, my Grandparents lived next door to me, and my great Aunt and Uncle lived down the street. We would regularly get together for dinner or just to sit around and talk. I still go home to see everyone whenever I get a chance.

I would like to meet an intelligent and confident woman that still knows how to have fun and has a good sense of humor. I'm looking for someone who likes the outdoors and doing things like riding a 4-wheeler or hiking, but who is still comfortable getting dressed up to go the symphony or a play.
