About Me
I'm a laid back guy, who loves life and new experiences. I grew up skiing and was pro until I 18, at which point I decided to focus on my passion for the entertainment industry. This led me to Los Angeles, the best place in the world to be for what I am doing. I'm driven, focused, motivated and know exactly where and what I am doing with my life...I'm not****, but I'm a rockstar.
While I take my work seriously, because I love it...my philosophy is: you can't take yourself to seriously. Life is to short to not be able to laugh at yourself.
I'm kind of an adrenaline junkie. Currently I'm working on my skydiving certification because it is the most freeing feeling I've ever experienced. If you haven't done it yet, I think you should, because it's the most freeing feeling in the world to be up there on your own.
I live every moment of this life as if it's my last. I have no regrets, because everything that I have ever experienced (the good, the bad, and the ugly) has led me to this exact point. I expect that that everyone has something positive to offer, whether it be a story, a joke, an opinion or even just a smile. However, if someone proves to bring nothing to the table, I cut them. I don't have time it, life is too short to be surrounded by people latching on or that are dead-weight.
I'm not your typical 9-5 guy. I don't wear a suit. I don't work in a cubical. I don't work 50 hours a week and have a paid 2 week vacation. Not my style.
Music is a huge part of who I am...but I have no musical talent. I'm surrounded by musicians nearly everyday of my life, and it's amazing. My love for crazy, innovate music videos at an early age is what brought me out here...nothing is better than creating visuals to enhance the music track. Growing up I was into punk, that's where my roots were laid. Sneaking out of the house before I could even drive to go to the dive venues to see the bands that are now mainstream, when they were nothing...there's an energy and passion to it that is indescribable. As I've gotten older my appreciation for music has expanded, I honestly listen to everything. There is always a type of music for the mood or the moment you're experiencing.
First Date
A first date to me is all about getting to know that person. Honestly, I don't think of it as a "first date," that just seems awkward to me...too formal. I look at is more of a hangout, a feeling out of one another.
I could tell you what I think is a good answer...I'll wine you, dine you, buy a bottle and table service at a Hollywood club, and then have a room at Chateau Marmont with rose pedals...but that's superficial sh*tto me with no real human connection.
A "first date" to me is laid back. It's about if this person makes you smile, if you enjoy one another.
So in the end...I have no text book answer to this question. I don't have a standard first date that I take girls on. I mean, where's the fun in that. Let's talk, figure out what we have in common and do something that we'd both enjoy. A date that strips away any awkwardness, where we can talk, laugh and see where it goes.
