I have been separated for almost 5 years now and consider myself divorced without the formal paperwork. It's just something we haven't bothered taking care of but it's not something I am afraid to do either. We were together for 17 years and I consider myself a very dedicated and loyal person when I am in a relationship. I am totally into YOU and nobody else. A first date might be a no pressure coffee at Starbucks or a drink somewhere quiet and maybe A picnic on the beach to watch the sunset! or it could be dinner and a walk on the pier or a walk in Balboa park. I think anywhere that we could talk and get to know each other better is good....not too noisy and not a movie where you can't talk. Even a walk through Sea Port Village or Coronado is really nice :)
