The name is Abby. First and foremost, I have a 5-year-old son who is in Kindergarten, he comes before anyone - even myself. Should that be a problem, then you need to look elsewhere. I'm not trying to be rude, just honest.

I'm educated. Honest. Responsible. Trustworthy. Sarcastic. Strong-willed. Creative.

I don't get a lot of opportunities to get out of the "mommy role" since I live by myself with my son. My at-home-life is consumed with train tracks covering every inch of my living room floor, wrestling/boxing with Hayden, listening to him read and helping him with homework.

But sometimes I just need a break and enjoy other's company. I'm not into the whole romance and win-me-over with flowers junk... but some things I do look for in a guy would be:

**No liars. Huge turn-off. I'm not naive in the slightest. I've been through a lot and can pick up on things fairly quickly.
**Tattoos are fun. I have a collaboration of some myself.
**Not consumed with having to go out all the time. Yes, it's nice to go out on the town, but to stay in once in a while is good with me.
**Someone who lives in the area. Illinois is not in the area. Sorry.

On a side note, I smoked for 13 years and quit a year ago. I can't date anyone who smokes, because it's gross and I'm the worst former-smoker you'll ever meet. :-) I don't mind going places where there is smoke, but I can't be around someone who constantly does.

I listen to any kind of music really, whatever I don't like I tend to tune out. I'm not a huge movie-buff and I can't really tell you the last time I saw a movie in theaters that wasn't rated G. I don't mind watching movies, just not particularly one of my favorite things to do.

I do, however, enjoy playing pool. Having a couple of drinks. Watching baseball or hockey games. Going to hockey games kicks some serious ass too.

Whatever works. Really, anywhere that I can hear and see the person is cool with me.
