I try to stay in shape and work out a great deal. I golf and play tennis in the summer and play squash in the other months. I read three newspapers per day and try to stay informed. I like crossword puzzles (I love the NY Times KenKen) to give myself mind teasers daily to stay sharp.

Over the past couple of years, I have undertaken a deep study of the Bible (both Old and New Testaments.) While secular, I find the whole concept of religion fascinating. I am also interested in public policy and economics. I am Director of Research at a small hedge fund in Connecticut, which is a challenging job.

I am looking for someone whom I respect and whose company I enjoy. Yes, that sounds vague, but that special someone has been elusive. I was engaged once but that ship has sailed.

I know it is a cliche, but I consider myself a positive person and try to see people's strengths as opposed to weaknesses. I like a lot of types of rock- cannot say that I am much of a Classical or Jazz guy.

I like to take a woman to a nice restaurant and just get to meet her. It should be a quiet place with good food where one can really talk. Maybe go to a coffee bar later.
