I like to weed lately, and read. Trying to read a paragraph of Herodotus a day, because it's entertaining, and because it's different from what I normally read. I'm a writer. I like music, and hearing it, but I'm not interested in identifying me or folks I hang out with according to their musical tastes. I saw a classical performance this weekend, I listened to pop last night, I sing along to some good loud rock in my car. Music is also good to dance to. I've had this goal of going on three dates this summer, and have exhausted the avenues of people that I know, so now I'm trying the internet. I'm not too excited about the internet. I much prefer bumping into people. But ok, here goes.

I'd like to meet someplace for a drink or a meal. That seems easy and short enough to be done with if it doesn't work out, but also potentially extend-able if we're having fun. There are some good restaurants around these parts.
