Everyone has a reason for trying online dating. My reason may or may not be like yours, but what they do have in common is they are by no stretch of the imagination inane or ridiculous. You always hear women asking if there are there any good men out there. Well I can’t answer that for you, but my guess is you have a good idea of what type of man you are looking for and have decided that what you have to offer is worth the extra effort looking under a few more rocks. The best I can do here is state my pitch. So here it is;

I'm a career minded professional with goals and aspirations. I'm very happy with the direction my life is going and would like to share it with someone. I find that sharing your life with someone is much more rewarding. I also enjoy traveling, domestic and internationally (but the location must have some kind of historical interest).

I believe I'm an easy going, down to earth type of guy; I'm not drawn to drama or destructive behavior. I would consider myself a renaissance man, even a little old fashion with strong values. I'm optimistic most of the time, I really try not to frown on things not going my way, or blow things out of proportion.

I’m looking for a down to earth, affectionate, funny, independent and ambitious woman, ideally someone who will challenge me, someone who is capable of pushing me to become a better person in all areas of my life and capable of accepting what I have to offer as well…relationships are a team effort. One of the most important aspects of who I am looking for should be playful and goofy. I really appreciate the ability of the person I am in a relationship with to remind me that life should not be taken so seriously. Hopefully she has a positive outlook on life, and is happy with who she is, not solely for what she has or does.

Trust is important to me, so wherever it may be it should be a good environment to start building it. Coffee is always good or a simple drink at an establishment that doesn't have loud music or known for inebriated patrons.(I would like to have a conversation with someone without yelling)
