Being retired, I am a free spirit that would like to share my time with a down to earth lady and to have her as a friend and companion to travel with and to share other common interests. My preferrence in Music is R&R, past and present, except for Rap & Heavy Metal.

I drink very little and when I do drink, it's a glass of Wine or Beer at dinner or at a BBQ. I do not drink to get drunk. Whenever that special occasion does arise to smoke a Cigar, I NEVER smoke indoors or in a car for obvious reasons.

I am an old fashioned gentleman with a lot of respect and manners that understands honor and loyalty, something I must have picked up while serving my country in the Military (USAF) and by coming from a very good traditional background. I am affectionate and compassionate. I have an approachable personality. I am a good listener and communicator. I am a very understanding person. I have a great sense of humor. I have a lot of common sense and street smarts and I am a fairly intelligent person.

A first date should be a place where two people share together, their likes and dislikes and who they are.

After the date is over, I would walk the lady to her car, say good night with a hand shake and ask her if I may call on her again, if the chemistry is there.
