In my spare time I very much enjoy movies, dining out, theater, concerts, dance performances, and dancing myself. Getting together with friends is at the top of the list, and the more laughter the better. People with compassion -- towards themselves and others -- attract me the most. I hope to meet someone who, like me, cares about this world and wants to help make it a better place...even though that may sound cliche! People most important to me in my current life: my son (21 years old), my parents, my students, and my friends. I love jazz and folk music, rock and some classical.

Meeting at a coffee shop or for lunch is always a nice first date. If that goes well, a walk around town afterwards can be the icing on the cake. Finally, a suggestion (by one or both parties) to meet again!
