Hey there, the name is Cristina, I'm a writer, working towards college and I work part time at a pet store as a dog groomer (and before all you witty ones out there comment, no I will not groom your dog).

Literature and film are pretty much my thing and I am always looking to expand my collection. I can usually be found with a friend or two kickin' back and watching some movie or huddled in a comfy spot with my nose shoved in a book in a comatose like state. A short and incomplete list of my favorite movies are Snatch, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, What Dreams May Come, The Fountain, The Evil Dead series, Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, not to mention I am a total Fangirl for Star Wars.

A few of my favorite books are Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman, Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norrel by Susanna Clark, The Complete Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, Ladies Night by Jack Ketchum, and Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay.

Writing is a pretty big part of my life, as I am writing a book. It make not be amazing right now, but when it's done I know it'll make it big. Hmm, you know I think I'd even settle for it being unpopular now and in ten years making it big.

Oh and I'm a chubby girl so if you have a problem with that you may as well hit 'back' right now.

6. Be able to laugh at yourself, because in all likeliness I’ll be laughing at you. Don’t be afraid to make fun of me either.
