I want to say that I am a devoted christian and that I am looking for the same in a companion. A Lady that I can puy all 100% trust in. I don't view all females as a ladies. To me it takes a very special woman to be a Lady.
I am a retired vetran, and retired S.S. disability. I do have some medical issues,but nothing that holds me down,just slows me a little. I am 5'6" tall, @190lb and going down,blue eyes,and what hair I have left is gray.
For a first date I would like to take my Lady to a nice quiet place for dinner. A place where we could have quiet conversation and get to know each other. Then a peaceful walk and or a drive in the country. Then to do whatever the other one wanted to do. I would strive to be one she could know had only her best interest at heart. I believe that God intended for man and woman to walk side by side. I may seem old fashion, but that is me. You would find that right after God comes family,and I do my best to see that their needs and wants are taken care of before mine.
I like cook outs, hiking, mabe walking in the woods and through the parks,having a picnic with family. I also like to take short evening,one day or, weekend trips to various points of interest,with no planning, just up and go. I have been known to rise up early, cook breakfast outside on the grill before waking the rest of the family. That is a real fun thing to do.
I also have a love for classic cars and trucks. For as long as I can remember I've always enjoyed working on and tinkering with them.
Southern Gospel is my favorite music and most of what I listen to. The Bible [KJV] is my favorite book. It has the answer to every question or problem I may have.
Other than that I want to live as kind, caring,and loving, with the least amount of regrets that I can.

On first date would like to go some where for coffee to break the ice, if any and to just to get aquainted. Then mabe go for a walk in a park or down on the beach,and hopefuly watch the stars and moon come up. We can talk and really get to know more about each other.Then who knows what will happen after that.
