I am currently splitting my time between Carbondale, Colorado and Park City.

Balancing the work and play aspects of life is necessary and important. Buddhism teaches that we ought to take the middle path, and I believe this philosophy has served me well. I'm a professional woman looking for someone to share laughter, outdoor activities, and all that life has to offer!

I enjoy snowboarding, yoga, hiking, mountain biking, picnics in the mountains, horseback riding, dancing, concerts, swimming and sailing, and traveling to new places. I love dinner parties and socializing with friends. Music is the heartbeat and rhythm of the universe, and it is an essential addition to every day.

Volunteering in my community and beyond to make life better for others is very important to me. When I can combine some of the above into one experience, that's optimal. I'd love to travel to India to help immunize kids against polio, and while there, would also want to travel around the region to experience the culture and people. I'd spend time learning about the history and exploring museums. From there, a few days on the beach in Thailand would be awesome. I also would love to go heli-boarding and learn to sail someday.

I do living history and historic reenactment as a hobby. Most people don’t expect it from a blue-eyed blonde, but my expertise is Plains Indians between 1840 and 1880.

I appreciate people who are happy with their position in life, confident in themselves, yet compassionate and loving. And balancing drive with a sense of humor is critical. As Bugs Bunny said, "Don't take life too seriously, you'll never get out alive."

Health and fitness are important but its critical not to get too wrapped up in a person's appearance. And its necessary to also nurture your mental and spiritual health. I'm looking for a man in touch with his feelings and secure in who he is.

On a first date, I find it helpful to do something together that we both enjoy.
