If you love life and everything it brings, then please do read on and learn a bit about me.

I work out a few days a week now(and it is paying off as I have lost over 250 pounds), although i do not care if you exercise, please know that it is important to me that I work out, since as you can tell from my photos I have more to lose.

I am not looking for someone who says they are a "princess looking for thier prince" in their profile. While, I do believe in "true love", and liked the film Enchanted, I am not walking around looking for the foot that fits a glass slipper I found. I want a woman who can stand on her own and does not "have" to be in a relationship.

I have a great life, but feel that there is just something missing and that, is someone to be able to share the joys of life with. Someone with whom I can go out with or just sit around talking about each others day.

I am not your average guy and I am not looking for an average girl, but one who is her own person and who enjoys life.

I am very young at heart and despite my age, I still feel like I am in my mid-20's and would like to find someone young at heart too.

I have a great sense of humor and my ideal person would too.

I love movies,reading, listening to music(The Offspring,The shins, Belle and Sebastian,The Smiths, Angels and Airwaves, Blink 182 really anything and everything).

I am a rather accomplished cook, and love cooking for others.

I hate texting and that whole texting slang i.e. "LOL, ROLF"etc,,,,,if you have to text, at least use whole words....

I am creative

I am somewhat a vegetarian.....not because I love animals, but because I hate plants:-)...seriously though, it is just because I am trying to be healthy.

I am a tad goofy at times and always have a great outlook on things.

I have a couple of cats, one old, one young....both trouble:-)

I love to laugh and have a great time no matter what the day or night brings, so if I sound like someone you might like to know, give me a shout

Meeting at a local coffeehouse or bistro for drinks, is a good first date, so you can just talk and get to know each other
