I'm strong, genuine, adventurous, big hearted, easy going and loyal. i'm into sport, being outdoors, making music, film and playing poker with the boys now and then.

i'm into powerlifting and strongman training in a big way, so am in the gym most days. i'm built for power so am hoping to compete in drug free powerlifting and strongman next year. i might look intimidating but my friends would tell u i'm a big softy really :). i'm also looking into starting my own buisness and defending my title as UK heavyweight hug champion lol. :p

i also write, perform and produce music and have lots of different influences. there are no genres really, good music is good music. i released and independent record a while back and spent most of the 2000 to 2008 performing and touring around UK and Europe so i'm well up for traveling, meeting new people and seeing new places.
