I'm an active person, for example I enjoy aerobics classes. Friends are very important to me and being a kind person is my goal. My other hobby is reading and I belong to two book clubs. Keeping up with the news is another passtime and I read the newspaper and watch the news every day. Bike riding, it would be great to find someone who enjoys that, or walks. Languages: one of my students has been teaching me Spanish for a couple of years

My musical tastes are ecclectic and range from classical to R and B. I'm working on improving my cooking skills.

The most important qualities in a man are : no drinking and no recovering addicts.(Social drinking 1-2, OK). To avoid confusion I am not in recovery myself; I don't drink and have never been a drinker. The person needs to be supportive and understanding.

For a first date something short is the most comfortable such as meeting for a cup of coffee and talking. If we hit it off, we can plan for a second date.
