Hi, I'm a easy going, friendly person who's looking for someone who will make my heart skip a beat when we meet.

I like quiet nights in and also happy to socialise. I enjoy going to the cinema (intelligent comedies are my fave, but will watch any well made film except horror), live concerts (will listen to almost anything), and walking up in the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales. Always open to new experiences I like to travel and love to go skiing.

Love being outdoors and have recently rediscovered the joys of cycling and camping (although a 5* hotel never goes amiss!). Try to keep reasonably fit. Play badminton most weeks and go hill walking when I can (and when the weather allows...)

I'm fully house trained and enjoy cooking and DIY. Currently renovating my house (until I find something better to do with my time!).

Content with most aspects of my life but would like to meet someone to share life's ups and downs with. Not after e-mail pen pals; yes a genuine single man out here, looking for someone to put a silly grin on my face and maybe settle down with. My motto is try everything once, you might enjoy it.
