Having grown out of teenage pissy-ness a mere five years late and having kicked the lame goth habit, I've turned the corner in to some kind of hipster fanboy--appericiative of dorky movies, comic books, rock music and late night coffees. And only sort of proud of the two college degrees I have that have failed to yeild any professional careers in the feilds they were intended for, I now help run a club where action is constant and a weird sort of family has emerged around me. Writing a comic book in what meager free time I have for the past two years but hit a serious plateau of progress and creative brick wall several months ago, I've been focusing on other things--getting over a long but failed relationship, trying to be some kind of stable point in a family that seems more and more seperate from one another all the time and a decent human being in a pretty icky (but definatly adventeruous) part of the world. It isn't easy, but anything worth doing isn't usually easy.

I reckon, like, I'd like more than anything to be in love again with someone who's a really good person.
