Hello!

I am from Chicago and will be vacationing to California from September 9th through September 15 My travel accomodataions have me staying right on the waterfront in Hermosa Beach. I am visiting some friends that live nearby, but I will not be hanging out with them every minute. I am thinking that it would be nice to meet up with a girl that lives in the area, and perhaps hang out one or two days or nights on the beach. Quite exciting it would be to have a "date" while visiting. Of course, I would not have any expectations at all. No pressure whatsoever; just two persons enyoying a day or night together.

If I happen to add you as a "favorite", then that means that I see you as somebody that I would want to hang out with and also, somebody that I think has alot in common with me. I doubt that I will be sending messages to people making first contact. Really, I can not see myself sending a message saying "Hey, I like your profile. Any chance that you want to hang out with a stranger in a few weeks?" So, maybe you will see that I added you as a favorite, meaning that I find you interesting as far as words go, and a picture or two. Maybe you will think that this might just be a crazy enough idea to be fun. Please, do not hesitate to message me if you are up for a unique adventure.

Now. Let's talk about who I am.

I barbeque, bike ride, and shop for grocieries during the middle of the night. I love horror movies and boast a large DVD collection at home. I have several tattoos; I really do not know how many, because several are integrated into a half sleeve. I plan on getting more. I prefer to make coffee at home, but when on the go, I favor Dunkin Donuts coffee over Starbucks. I hate Best Buy, Subway, and reality television shows. I make a pretty good home brewed iced tea and I cook. I think that some of my dishes are quite tasty; I have a few specialties. I like hot and spicy food and always take pleasure in trying new foods and testing the limits of how hot certain foreign dishes can be. I like rain and thunderstorms, but prefer driving in snow over driving in rain. Once in awhile, I tinker in the creation of music in the form of electronic music. I also play guitar and bass guitar, though I rarely pick either of them up anymore.

My perfect weather is 65-75 degrees. I plant a veggie garden every year and have a koi pond in my back yard. I own my own house on the southwest side of Chicago where the mortgage is funded by the job that I been commuting to for over a decade in a moderately priced late model car that is paid off. My job? I am a supervisor for Chicago's 911 emergency call system.

Friends say that I am funny. Especially when I tell a story that tells a tale of myself being in an embarassing situation, which there are a few more than several stories in that area. My humor can be crude at times, but always being mindful of the company that I am in. I dare to say that I can be and am sarcatic alot, but sarcastic tends to be overrated these days. Everybody seems to claim that they are sarcastic.

Random little things that I hate doing for some reason: Getting gas in my car, making a trip to buy postage stamps, mowing the lawn, and changing the oil in my car.
