ATTENTION!!! I am on the look-out for the one woman that will go with me to the finish line of my life. - (preferable not a slow and painful death -- I want to go quickly... :D ) The search is (and should be) a slow process -takes energy, thought, time, patience, and usually a little money.

STILL SMOKE-FREE! WOOO-HOO! My target date was Dec. 21st, 2009. UPDATE: I've been tobacco-free for TEN DAYS! Hallelujah! I AM going to quit! I've changed my status from occasional smoker to a "no" smoker - just like seeing that "no"! Happy New Year!

Note: My present preference is that I really do not want to date a smoker - at this point it would tempt me too much to become a smoker again. My goal is to be forever rid of being a slave to tobacco. Makes sense?

I really enjoy life, and rejoice daily in being alive. I can take the serious, seriously, blending in the unique ability to use good practical judgment. The minor things I handle with a light-heart and an excellent sense of humor. I like to stay active, doing things with my hands - remodeling, refinishing, motorcycling, target shooting (archery), playing acoustic guitar, and a little gardening plus a whole lot more (ask me!). I like charcoal/pencil art, and I like to play the chef in my kitchen. I enjoy singing - not just in the "shower stall studio". I am generally very patient, pleasant, easy-going, and fun. I am the type of person who will talk out disagreements rather than fight to resolve bumps in a relationship. I am a practical, frugal, get-it-done type of man. I am mature enough and sensitive enough to react appropriately in almost any social circumstance.

How about a daytime (public and safe) meeting place? Go for a walk 'n talk - pack snacks - fruit, salad, homemade bread, etc, etc...More talking, sharing stories laughing, sparring with puns (pun-ishment). Please, don't verbally bash the ex; that alone will cause me to walk away.
