I'm a down to earth guy who is looking for someone who is like minded. I enjoy intellectually stimulating conversations as well as ones that have no apparent direction. I work hard but also enjoy relaxing. I love to cook for/with someone. I also enjoy hiking and outdoor activities.

What I'm looking for is someone with a good personality and sense of humor. Being able to laugh at yourself is key and a good way to get through life. I am trying to find someone that good conversation comes with naturally. I don't want to meet someone that makes me want to run for the hills right away. Coming up with fun things to do on a boring day is always a plus. The ability to hold a conversation in proper English is awesome as well. I can't stand when people don't type out full sentences on their profiles, it doesn't seem to create a good first impression.

I enjoy some television such as It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, 30 Rock and Futurama. Musically I'm probably stuck in the 1960's but there are some newer things I enjoy. I'll listen to anything at least once to give it a try.

I graduated from Binghamton University this past May with a degree in Political Science. As of right now I deffered my law school admission a year as I need a bit of a break from schooling. I currently am employed at a restaurant where I have been working on and off the last 5 years. I get to experience the joys of people in all their glory.

Seems like anything that you can sit down and talk during is a good first date. I've noticed that if you can't hold a conversation for more than 10 minutes its probably not going to go anywhere. Grabbing a bite to eat or something to drink (just one or two nothing overboard) probably works best. Not to say I wouldn't be ok with a field trip somewhere or some other unique activity.
