I am active and have many interests and passions. It would be great to meet a woman who has a lifestyle that reflects these sentiments. It would be other worldly to find we have chemistry.

Cooking, reading and gardening are home based things I enjoy. I have a career that does not consume and look forward to music time after. I love all the usual suspects - a good sunrise, star filled nights, camp fires, water diamonds, warm clear water, first frost, fresh snow, family time, time from all and time with all.

In the summer I trail run, weight train, bootcamp, cycle and enjoy sailing. I am extremely fit > really.

In the winter I do a rinse and repeat and bring out my skis; I am a level 2 ski coach and have skied on four continents. I am definitely mountain and ocean centric, love pushing myself and belong to the outside tribe. I compete in the 5 Peaks trail running series - I was on the podium 4 times this past summer.

You will not find me in Wonderland, a mall, commuting to work on a 400 series highway or a box store. Favorite Toronto haunts are The Distillery, Sunnybrook Park, my kitchen, my back yard and the boardwalk when the weather is bad.

I live cleanly, eat holistically and enjoy good red wine moments.
