I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives, their work, their hobbies. It expands me as a person. I also admire those of you who are retired. However, I work fulltime, so my schedule is dictated by this reality. When able, I can be very last minute, but sometimes, because of other obligations, I need a bit more of a headsup.

I can be very funny and have a unique way of looking at the world. I like not taking life so seriously .

If you like dancing, I am currently learning and would love to go shake-a-leg . Thus far, I have learned the Two-Step, the Waltz, & the ChaChaCha. I am currently learning the Salsa, which is a blast! I take lessons in Hurst at Barbara's Studio.

I love movies (special features in particular), traveling, and staying home. I like all kinds of music.

I love a sense of humor, a love of people, an adventurous spirit, a strong belief in God as manifested in how you live your life and not restricted to what you say. I admire people of integrity and character.

Are you someone who does not wait for assurance of a guarantee? Someone who knows how to live, to take risks, to follow his heart and not his ego .

If I were going on a first date this weekend, I would want to do something where I'm moving around. I just don't see going to a coffee shop as the best situation for getting to know anyone. Besides, I don't drink coffee. I don't see going to a bar for a drink as something I can do because I cannot drink and drive.

Personally, I'd like to take a walk, or ride a horse, or meet at a dance studio, or help you paint, or help you pick out a shirt. I'm just more comfortable having a purpose beside conversation.

On this end, looks are not important to me. I want to find and meet the person inside. Is that you? I promise to give you at least 6 meetings before I have a sense of who you are. Of course, you may need only one.
