I go to the dock intending to take the boat for a rip, but get distracted by frogs, turtles or the otter. The next thing I know my window has closed and the boat does not get untied.
Nothing beats a soak in the hottub after a great day of skiing or doing enough sit-ups that your stomach still hurts in the morning.

I like working with horses, fixing everything, and I've found I'm good at home renovtions.

Take a motorcycle ride out of town. Go skiing. Play tennis.
