I like watching movies (everything except horror flicks). If I need a serious distraction, I'll play video games. I'm a Zelda geek. For exercise, I like to play volleyball, practice tae kwon do, or go for a bike ride. I also enjoy dressing up to go to a nice restaurant, go dancing, or to attend the theater. I was involved with a dinner club-it was fun trying different ethnic restaurants that I normally wouldn't try on my own! Additionally, traveling is another pastime I enjoy when I can. My latest trip was a cruise to the Carribbean.
I tend to lean on the funny, non-serious side of life; however, I do appreciate serious, thought-provoking conversations. I am a sucker for the "guy next door." He is responsible but doesn't take life too seriously-who likes to laugh. . . a lot! Because I have to plan most of my day, I appreciate a man who can initiate a plan too. Of course, we need to match in Christian beliefs and spiritual maturity, so there is a good chance that he is actively involved with a church, and feels comfortable talking about the struggles and successes of following Christ.
I'm a sincere and committed friend. I like adventure and I'll try just about anything once!

For a first date, I would suggest a casual place, with a few diversions around, where we can talk . Maybe a local festival or a coffeehouse.
