I'm a medical student specializing in Emergency and Disaster Medicine. My faith, family and friends are very important to me. Every night I do devotions and I go to church almost every Sunday. God has Blessed me with a wonderful life and I am grateful that every day brings more fun, adventures and blessings. I have a brother (in the Coast Guard) and sister (in Hotel Sales), a niece and 2 nephews but unfortunately they all live far away so I don't get to see them much. I've never been married and don't have any kids. I do, however, have an 85 lb Rottweiler/Husky who thinks she's a lapdog!
I've participated in everything from dance to swimming/diving to track/field to gymnastics to softball. While I have my adventurous, competitive and professional sides, I love to laugh, be a dork and crack people up even if it's everyone just laughing at me. So, a sense of humor is required since laughter is the best medicine! lol
I'm just as happy spending the night at home as I am going out on the town. You may see may screaming my head off at a sporting event one day and at the DIA, the ballet, a musical or the symphony the next. I like all kinds of music (except country). I just got a guitar and want to learn to play it in the near future. If you play maybe you will teach me?
I'm looking for someone who understands who I am and what I am about and can appreciate me. Someone who complements me in some areas and completes me in others where I may be deficient would be wonderful to meet. I am my own person and am happy, confident and virtually complete but there is still a "piece of the puzzle missing." I am missing someone to slow dance by the moonlight with, cuddle by a fire with, watch a thunderstorm with, take a walk on the beach at sunset with, to make a nice candlelit dinner for and to share the ups and downs of life with and ,of course, its adventures. What can I say? I'm a hopeless romantic!
While no one is perfect or anywhere close to it, I do try to be honest about everything and I expect others to be, too. Respect, courtesy and openness are also traits that I deeply believe in.
