I've recently become a homeowner. I'm one of those people that is obsessed with sports. I despise commuting so my method of transportation is walking. I'm stubborn, direct (sometimes rude), I could be more patient and I think I'm right too much.

I have hopes that something will lead to a relationship, but would rather be single than forcing it with someone or dating the wrong person. Desired traits: honesty, confidence, thoughtfulness, an education, and sincerity. A sense of humor and sarcasm are also preferred.

A relationship should be a well-balanced part of your life, not your entire life. I'm not into nervous people or dating games. My pet peeves include: dishonesty, lack of ambition, saying "like" or "um" several times in one sentence, laziness, no confidence, and people that complain and don't take action.
