i'm down to earth and woulld like to meet someone that is same. having a mind of your own and being able to carry an engaging conversation is definitely a plus. i generally don't appreciate arrogance, ignorance and stupidity. i like people who are intelligent, thoughtful, and non-pretentious. simplicity is a winning trait; simple-mindedness not so much.

i am very much into music, movies, books and arts in general. some of my favorite artists are manu chao, paolo nutini, the john butler trio, leonard cohen, joan baez, neil young and bruce springsteen. i also love ac/dc. the most memorable movie i have seen in recent months was 'elegy' with ben kingsley and penelope kruz. another one that that i thought was quite entertaining was woody allen's most recent film 'whatever works'. seinfeld is my all-time favorite sitcom.

i love nature and travelling. i like to explore the world, go to new places and learn about different people and cultures. i have travelled exensivelly throughout europe and througout mexico. i'd love to travel to the middle east and farther. while i lived out west i went regularly to the rockies for hiking, canoeing, swimming and just enjoing nature. being fairly recent to the city, i'd be very interested in exploring the area around the soo and it would be fun to do it with someone who is into outdoors and who knows the region better than i do.

i'm not very materiaistic and posessions are fairly low on my list of priorities. i think of money as a means to an end rather than an end in itself: it's good to have it to pursue your passions, but being after it for the sake of having it does not appeal to me that much.
