What I'm looking for: A woman to accept me as me. Not someone who is pretentious or snobby (I deal with that at work all the time). You don't have to be a model (I actually don't find super models attractive), or a genius, or some thing out of fiction. I'm a simple guy, with simple tastes. I want to find a woman that I can unwind with after work. Be it watch a movie, go for a walk, talk about mundane things, or generally enjoy each others company. I do like planned events too. Fancy dinner, Night (or day) out on the town, concerts, etc.

Who I am: I'm a geek, proud of it. Although I certainly don't look like a geek. Appearances are usually deceiving. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, where ever that lands me makes little difference. I've always been one of those people that can get a long with any sort of cliche. I'm polite, but have no problems expressing what's on my mind (for better or worse). I am hard working at everything I do (work and play). The closer to the action the better. I wouldn't say I'm an adrenalin junkie, but I do love a good rush of excitement. Most of all, I'm loyal. Lately, I do find myself becoming bitter with the world. Been having a bad summer. I never said I was perfect. I'm far from it.

Other things:
I listen to most music, my preferred music is heavy metal. The only types of music I try to avoid are rap and country. I enjoy Anime, Reading, and a variety of other things classified as geeky things. I love to build and paint hobby models. I plan on getting back into martial arts when I get a bit of money saved up for it.

It would really depend on the woman. I think I would certainly introduce her to some of my friends. Take a walk around the city, shop, hang out, get some lunch, some little things like that. Dinner and a movie is always an option, but seems more of a "classic" or expected thing. I'm always open to ideas.
