I moved to Georgia a few years ago after living in Florida for the last few years where I was the Artistic Director for a theatre company and a Scenic and Lighting designer. After realizing that I had accomplished most, if not all of my goals in that field, I made the leap into Law School. I am currently a criminal defense attorney with an eye toward opening my own firm in the very near future. I maintain my artistic nature, just direct it in different ways now.

I own my own home in Smokerise, a very nice,upscale area just barely OTP. It sits on 2 acres of wooded land so it gives me the best of both worlds.

I have a son who is just shy of 18 and lives with his mother in Gainesville. He is one of the finest young men you'll ever meet and raising him into a good man has been my priority for so long that dating has taken a back seat until now.

I've been described as sweet, funny, warm hearted, but I'm not sure that even I buy any of that. (You could find out for yourself.) I play sports as often as possible, particularly bad golf. I can still hit a softball a mile and an outside jumpshot that is downright dangerous. I sing a lot and play my guitar as often as I can. My tastes in music run from Willie and Kris to Phish and Ben harper all the way to The Raconteurs and the occasional Outkast.

I really want to meet someone with which to have some fun. Fun, I realize, is what you make it, but it is lessened by solitude. So if you want to have some fun, let me know. I know a thousand ways. I don't know that I believe ideals exist, regardless of what Aristotle said. Relationships are what you make them. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand chemistry, but that's not something you can put into words. It's like art: I'll know it when I see it.

Intelligent conversation injected with humor is like a drug for me. If I can't carry on a conversation with someone there is no point in even going past the first five minutes. So my idea of a first date would be some outdoor cafe to talk for a while, followed by something fun and active.
