I am someone who knows what she wants. I like cheesy sci-fi, and watching cheesy sci-fi (Heroes, Doctor Who Stargate). I also like football and I love politics. I am a jack of all trades. I have had a career as a nail technician, make-up artist and I am currently leasing apartments (with a real estate licence). I have 3 cats, and will likely become the crazy cat lady when I am old. I am fine with that :) I am looking for a progressive minded guy, with minimal vices and the ability to communicate. Humor is a must, I am very silly and sarcastic (not that I am conveying that right now). I can also be quite serious when needed. I am not looking for a casual hook up. I can go to a bar for that. I was married, and when it was good, I loved it. I am looking to get married and have a family, not right this second, but in the more near future than far. I am upfront and honest. You can pretty much ask me anything, and I will tell you. I am not interested in playing games, unless you think you can present a challenge to LOTR trivial pursuit ;) You can be a little shy, but not painfully so. I like nerdy guys, but not living in your parents basement still playing DnD or WoW nerdy. Please be able to back the nerdy-ness up with some good knowledge of physics, or at least be able to explain Stephen Hawking to me.
I am loving President Obama, and if you aren't, don't waste your time. I am very leftest in general, and trust me, if you consider yourself conservative (especially socially) it won't work.

Looking to move, almost anywhere at this point. High on the list, Washington DC, and Europe...pretty much anywhere in Europe they will let me live and take my cats.
