I've always thought everything happens for a reason and that when the time is right, my soulmate will come into my life. I've worked hard at work and happy with my career and achieved many of my professional goals, but realized I don't have anyone special to share everything with. Although I've met some great people, I still haven't found the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. So I thought I'd try to expand my horizons and try something new.

I'm looking for a down-to-earth girl. Someone who is comfortable with herself, intelligent, confident, and loves to laugh. Someone that loves to do things, go out to dinner, to shows, concerts, weekend escapades, but also comfortable staying in eating a homemade meal, watching tv or listening to music. Someone who loves to dress up, but just as comfortable in a t-shirt and shorts. Someone that isn't into playing games and appreciates a southern gentleman.

So I wrote above the other day but just now realized that I described what type of girl I'm looking for, but didn't really tell you about the person I am. I'm a smart, considerate, well-rounded guy. I try to live my life by the simple rule treat others like you'd want to be treated. My family and friends mean everything to me and there's not much I wouldn't do for a friend. I try to surround myself with positive people and try to be a positive influence on others. As I get older (& wiser) I realize more and more its important to take time to enjoy life. I'm very open-minded and like to try new things and meet new people so I thought I'd give this a try.

The biggest thing I'm looking for with someone is chemistry. Someone who I 'click' with. Someone that things just come natural. Someone that motivates and inspires me. Someone that makes me want to be the best person I can be.
