Thanks for stopping by. I am a happily retired person who is very active. Just finished building a new home and guest house, with a little help and love it here in the foothills above Sacramento. Traveled throughout Europe, been to London, Paris, Rome, Madrid, Athens, Amsterdam etc... loved Pompei the most. Hobbies would have to be Harleys since I have 5, build custom Harleys and service them. Did a 4,000+ mile trip to MN via Sturgis in August 09 and another to MN in September 09 for 3800 miles more. Great adventures! I have had and loved real horses both as a child and more recently about 10 years ago. Being on 6+ acres, I think about having them again???? We'll see...I really enjoy riding, but for now its iron horses.

My kids, in the pictures, are both very successful in their endeavors. I am very proud of them both. They live close by so we see each other whenever we want. I also have two grand kids who are also experiencing success in their chosen professions.

I'm a farm boy from a small MN town. Went to college and began my career upon graduation. It all started with teaching of math, physics and chemistry then programming for IBM on the Apollo program and ended with engineering special computer systems for mostly classified applications. Then back to my bikes.

I love a good joke/story...laughing keeps me going...love to make others laugh as well even if the joke is on me!!! If you are focused on your baggage and your glass is half empty...I'm not for you...I'm just happy to have a glass!!! My goal is to enjoy life now that I have retired. I continue to be driven to acquire knowledge of new and interesting things and to meet as many new friends as possible.

Music...jazz, blues and R&B even throw in a litte disco, believe it or not!!!
