Hobbies: I love,love,love reading! I enjoy hiking, sailing in the moonlight (haven't done that in a long, long time), travel, theatre/dance/ballet/symphony/opera, dining, dancing, enlightening conversation and serious mental intercourse, spiritual growth opportunities, meditation, all things metaphysical, designing jewelry, and unique adventures.

Goals: Write a book (probably several), build a jewelry design empire, complete my PhD in a new area of interest, lecture/teach at the university level, research, travel more, enjoy life more...

What makes me unique: I am quite eclectic in my interests - from very left brain logical to very right brain artistic. I am quite open to new ideas and experiencing new things. I take 100% responsibility for creating my life as I want it to be. I take my spiritual growth seriously. I embrace healing in all its forms. As I heal and realize my wholeness, I assist humanity in its healing. I consider myself a Light Worker. I am a member of the Bahai Faith. I am a Psych-K Facilitator. I am a Hilde Girl.

And something unique about me - I don't own a television. I am completely media free. I create my world and rise above the lower energies of group consciousness. Oh, and I do not drink alcohol - at all. So please don't invite me out for drinks or a wine tasting unless you are okay with me drinking water.

Music: I enjoy all kinds - classical, jazz, latin jazz, classical guitar, latin dance, new age, piano, funk, rock, pop, some hip hop and contemporary, some country, meditative music...I'll listen to anything at least once.

I was just re-reading this. I probably sound like a bit of a freak to most "normal" men! I have my moments...however, I am actually quite down to earth, easy to be around, moderate in my take on life, a touchy-feely kind of woman who loves to touch and be touched. I enjoy letting men be men around me - doing for me in ways that make the man feel great. Intimacy is incredibly important to me. I want a man who is not afraid to experience a deep and meaningful heart connection with a woman...not just on a physical level, but also on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. In a committed relationship - I believe in the sacredness and mystery of the sexual act to transcend the physical in order to reach higher levels of consciousness and divine union. (Just waiting for an enlightened man who really understands this).

I don't need a man to complete me. I am already whole as I am. Doing great with or without a mate. Although, life is more meaningful when it is shared.

Well, on a first date, I would prefer an adventure, a surprise. However, that's probably asking too much of most men so coffee or a nice dinner and some conversation would suffice. I am a romantic. I enjoy romantic evenings but they must be sincere and come from the heart. I am turned off by men artificially "trying to impress me." Just be you! It's about the experience, the company, the conversation, the energy between us...I want to feel comfortable to just be me. I don't care to go out of my way to impress you or artificially stroke your ego. Either you enjoy my company or you don't. Let's be real. I prefer a real man who stands in his masculine power. What would "we" do on a first date? I say - let's make it an unpredictable adventure!
