I'm a pretty laid back type of person; I enjoy laughing and watching sports among other things. I make friends very easily and am a good listener or so I have been told. I exercise about 5-6 times a week. That is a very important part of my life. I am seeking an independent and traditional woman for dating. She has to also enjoy my cooking or at least be able to tell me so with a straight face. :)

I am still in the midst of achieving my goals/aspirations but I have decided to put more effort into finding that special woman. There is no better way to do that than to develop a friendship. A long term relationship is what I truly desire.

There are so many exciting things to do in LA County. A former student and I met for lunch at "the Grove" a couple of weeks ago. That is a cool place. On another occasion, I went bike riding on the beaches beginning in Santa Monica. Now that was a lot of fun especially since I had not ridden a bike since high school. Basically, I am keeping my ears open and looking forward to doing other types of activities such as attending wine tastings and jazz festivals. I would love to engage in more activities with the right person.

On the first date, we would eat at a place that neither one of us had eaten at before. If the conversation and chemistry are there between the two of us, then we would continue the date after the meal.
