I love to travel, and take advantage of any opportunity I have to do so. I enjoy almost all outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, horseback riding, snow shoeing, snow mobile, etc...

I am originally from Long Island NY (and no I am not one of "those girls" from LI), just moved to CT about a year ago.

My #1 goal in life is to be happy.

For those who know me, I would be described as being very energetic and always up for just about anything. I can honestly say that I try everything at least once (well almost everything :-P).
I am a very loyal person...one who tries to make the best out of a bad situation. Always looking for a good laugh. I am a home body as much as I am one to be out and about staying active.
I try my best to keep myself humble as well as trying to do the "right" thing.
I come from a big family, and am very close to all of them. I am 100% Portuguese (was born here) and yes I can speak it as well!
I have seen my share of ups and downs...and would like to think that every experience in my life has made me stronger and smarter as a person.

I have worked really hard to get to where I am and what I have. I am a strong minded individual that knows what she wants out of life and isn't afraid to fight for it!

My ideal first date would be one with a lot of laughter and conversation. The kind that time flies by and wish that would never end.
