I'm Chinese, born and raised in NY. I've spent most of my life in here but I like to go away every once in a while also, favorite place bing Hong Kong so far :D.
I'm not how I appear to be so it takes a bit of time to really know me. Upon first impression, I'm somewhat shy and quiet but I also open up pretty quickly. So once I get to know you, I can say pretty much anything and everything.
People also tell me that I'm a good listener. I'm empathetic, and always trying to understand people around me more. I enjoy spending a lot of my time just talking to friends, listening to what's going on with them.
I've recently developed an interest in going out and trying different kinds of food from new places. Working in my field requires me to be on the computer a lot also, so I spend much of my time browsing on the interwebz (facebook and youtube eats up a lotta time!). Then there's the usual interests, video games, watching movies and listening to music. I enjoy traveling, but mostly to urban/city-like places. I like the convenience.
I like to think I'm funny sometimes... whether I choose to be or not is a separate matter hehe. I can laugh at almost anything and everything. A good sense of humor helps keep the mind opened and active. I try to have an optimistic look on life, but I also play the devil's advocate when listening and giving feedback. I try thinking with the mind but taking the heart into consideration as well. I can be pretty direct so you gotta be ready to take on both the good and the bad. I also offer technical computer geekery kinda help (yes, unfortunately I've done tech support). So that makes me everyone's IT friend.
