Hi. How are ya? So, I'll tell you what sort of person I think I want to meet... but to be honest, I don't really know for sure.

I would like to meet someone who can carry on, has a sarcastic, biting sense of humour. I have a great sense of humour. At least I think so. Sometimes it's very sarcastic... sometimes it's dry. But it's there. You'll find out. I am very hard working. I always offer my help and I volunteer for a number of things.

I'm generally pretty laid back when it comes to life philosophy. I try not to let the little things get to me, and focus on the big picture. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff. Hopefully you will be a fairly laid back person as well - laid back, but goal oriented with hopes and dreams for your life.

I enjoy cooking... real food, not hamburger helper (it's good in a pinch though...) Love the outdoors; love the indoors... travelling, camping, kayaking, hiking. Although I don't like to swim in it, I love the ocean. I don't like to, but I will.

I sing in the car. Lots of indie/rock/classic rock/good tunes. For example: Kings of Leon - love it. Led Zeppelin - can't beat it. The last time I watched the music channel I got confused and scared. It might mean I'm grown up now. But I still like to build sand castles at the beach with my nephews, so maybe not. I also love listening to CBC Radio One AND Two. Great stuff. And I sometimes listen to CBC Overnight with news broadcasts from around the world. It helps me fall asleep.

Let's see... there's plenty more, but I really don't feel like blathering on much more here. Yep. I guess we'll actually have to talk to eachother to find out more.

I think it's funny that something amazingly original is expected for a first date by so many people. It's a first date.... not a proposal. I can appreciate girls like to see some effort but when it's time to propose, I'll come up with something REALLY REALLY ORIGINAL, I promise.

For the first date, I'm happy doing something fun and interactive that involves getting to know eachother... like.... bowling! Yay. There you go. It's fun. Everyone loves bowling, right? I'm a terrible bowler, but it's fun. So there it is. Bowling. And maybe an ice cream.
