Have you ever wondered...

...why women can't put mascara on with their mouths closed? (I must admit, I can't!)

...why the man who invests all your money is called a broker? (and geez, how ironic is it that Bernie's last name is Madoff??)

...if con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress? (actually, this IS true, isn't it?)

...what the best thing was BEFORE sliced bread? (I don't even have a guess to this.)

I'm a woman in my mid-30's who wonders about strange things like this at times. I'm educated (yes I have my BS degree!), own my own house and car, work full time (although a crazy shift) and have a varitey of interests. I can be political quite often and do lean to the right. I'm a full-figured woman (ok so yes I'm chunky and I'm fine with that! you can see my build in the pic below) with thick curly hair, big eyes, and full lips. I am fascinated by astronomy and science and love figuring out puzzles and riddles. I love to laugh and am good at making people laugh and feel at ease. I'm not a girly-girl (no I don't do pedicures, manicures or need to be draped in jewelry) but I do appreciate being treated like a lady (opening doors and all the old-fashioned chivalrous things). I watch sports when my favorite team is playing or during the playoffs of other sports.

I'm looking to meet people and see what happens and eventually have an LTR. I'm not looking for a booty call. And, to be blunt (I can be at times, why waste each other's time, right?), do not want to go out with a guy who is "separated." I've been there, done that more than once and each time it's been a disaster. If you are single (yes single...meaning unattached, not legally married) and would be interested in meeting for a drink to get to know each other and see where it goes I'd love to hear from you. Age isn't much of an issue to me but I just can't see myself dating somebody who is either young enough to be my son or old enough to be my dad. Please tell me something about yourself when you reply. :)

I would like to go on a date where we go out for coffee or drinks so that there's no food or anything to get in the way of our conversation.
