Just an interesting factoid about me before I go into my profile. I was followed around by camera crews for a year at Notre Dame because I was one of 6 cast members selected to be a part of the Notre Dame Admissions video. Here's the youtube version of it. My segment shows up around minute 10:

I'm a really energetic guy who likes to do more than just sit around, but I do love good conversation.
I like to be spontaneous and have a hard time turning down things I've never done before
I love sports! My favorite teams are the Cubs (obviously!!!), Notre Dame Fighting Irish football (I graduated undergrad at ND), the Chicago Bears, and lots of others.
In high school, I was a 3 sport varsity athlete (football, track and baseball) and in college I ran track and played football at ND. Nowadays, I just stick to working out and running or biking.
I am a future physician who is passionate about helping and caring for others; nothing inspires me more during the long hours and difficult material than knowing that some day I will have the potential to positively impact people while doing my best to improve their lives and add to their unique stories.
I'm a hopeless romantic who hopes to show someone special that chivalry should be the status quo and not something to be desired.
I love to play my guitar in my free time and occasionally play shows at bars/restaurants.
My belief is that every girl has a beauty that merits only the best of men to do whatever is in his power to make her feel more special than anyone else in the world. For that reason, I think it's wrong to lead a girl on or work towards a less-than pure agenda. Women aren't objects, and I feel bad for anyone that has been subjected to that

I'm a very romantic guy, but when it comes to the first date, simple is best. Getting to know who I am with is priority number one, and if that works out, I would want to do something out of the ordinary that involves something fun with some good interaction, more good conversation, and hopefully a sparked or increased interest.
