d*mn .....if only I was American I'd have no problem listing all my good points in great detail , but being your average repressed , self effacing Englishman , this may be more of a problem , so .......lets pretend I'm American .

Hi , my admirable qualities are ...I'm kind , sociable , considerate , creative ( I'm a musician and an actor ) , I love intelligent conversation about movies , philosophy , literature and art , I'm enthusiastic, optimistic and lots of other things ending in "ic" . I'm active , fit and enjoy swimming , drumming , walking in the hills and getting lost in big cities. I'm also ....uh oh , English again...

I can't cook , don't drive , don't often hang the towels up in the bathroom, leave the toilet seat up more often than not , and cut my toenails in the bath - I sometimes get lost in big cities ( on purpose ) which may annoy you if you like to be in control . I suppose on the whole I'm ok really - oh , and I've got big ears too .......sorry.

And somewhere in the middle is the reality - sometimes confident , sometimes shy , usually happy and always optimistic . I work in Social Care with children with disabilities , live in sunny Shoreham , play in two bands ( I sing and play percussion ) , act in amdram when I have the time , and see my children ( ten and three ) when I can . I suppose if I had really intensive therapy and training I could learn to hang towels up and maybe , with the help of Paul McKenna , put the toilet seat down - all things are possible.

meet in Brighton for a wander round the laines , a coffee and a chat , maybe head for the beach and go swimming in the sea , or find a space among the tourists to sit and talk .
