I'm a SoCal boy born and raised, though adventure has taken me far and broad in many chapters of my life. I have traveled to over 40 countries and 30 states, and have lived all over California with major stops in San Diego, the OC, LA, and San Francisco. I have also lived in Vancouver, BC, New York, and even Tokyo, Japan. I LOVE meeting interesting people from all over the world, and experiencing life in unique and spiritually rewarding circumstances is what drives me.

Athletically, I enjoy running, golf (a lot these days), hiking in the Malibu mountains, trail running, and when I can find the time, I like pack trains into the back country for hiking and fishing as well.

Professionally, I've been in the internet industry for the past 12 years, and before that I was a classically trained professional chef. I really REALLY enjoy cooking and dining, and enjoying fine food with fine company.

But most of all, I enjoy taking life not too seriously. I laugh a LOT, and enjoy a woman who can laugh a lot too. Can we go to the Hollywood Bowl for a night under the stars picnic with the symphony on Saturday, and then strap on shorts and t-shirts and go the Dodgers game on Sunday please? That's me in a nutshell...with the great food thrown in along the way!

I would really enjoy pretty much anything. I could see hitting golf balls at the driving range followed by lunch or dinner; meeting at the beach for coffee and a nice walk; a trail hike in the Malibu Hills behind my house. Those would be good FIRST dates.

A good second date might be to cook together, have a bottle of wine and watch a good movie with fresh popcorn on the bigscreen; a late-evening trip to Barnes & Noble to have coffee while walking the aisles and talking great books; a drive out to Santa Barbara for the morning/day to have lunch and see some sights...I like a lot of activities!
