Hi! I'm 27 and fairly new to my area... or was recently re-introduced, you could say. I'm a music junkie (listening, appreciating, attempts at creating) and watch far too much television, but I like a good book too. I think people are interesting and I like learning things about new people I meet.

About Me: ...HATE this part. ..Umnn. I'm honest, sarcastic, I joke around a lot (love practical jokes), I love deep conversations (but don't be scared of an "argument" if we disagree), I love my friends (I don't have a million, but I'm really close to the ones I have), I have a good listening ear and can usually think about a situation objectively, I'm a bit of a grammatical freak (it gets annoying, trust me), and I'm very analytical and it drives me crazy when I can't figure something out. I'm not at all religious or spiritual, but totally respect other views and even enjoy talking about them. I believe in treating people with respect and decency and expect that in return.

...I'm still pretty slow to meet people I've originally met online, but I have been intrigued enough to venture out of my norm a couple of times, so it's not impossible. ...I'm not really looking for a relationship. I think the problem with dating is the whole "looking" thing. If something finds me, awesome, I'd be open to it, but I'm not desperately searching for the love of my life. So for now - I'm all about finding new friends to enjoy. :) Besides... I really believe you have to be able to be friends with someone in order for a romantic relationship to work, so why not find out if that works first?

MUSIC -- aah. I have a pretty diverse musical appreciation, although I seem to go through "stages" where I listen to one type more than any other at a particular time. My favorite band right now is Kings of Leon, followed by Red Hot Chili Peppers. ...But I also really like Blue October, The Cure, Adele, Laura Marling, Bon Iver, Keri Noble, Harry Connick Jr., Nelly Furtado (her old non-commercial stuff), Josh Radin, The Weepies, Tyrone Wells, MIA, Outkast, Black Eyed Peas, Tracy Chapman, Indigo Girls.. really ...it would be ridiculous for me to go on. I also like Classical and Country and some Electronic. Have an artist or a band you want to tell me about, I LOVE finding new music, so send it on. =)

LOL - Let's change this section to "Describe what you would do for a first meeting." ...This is a pretty relaxed area and that's how I like it. Pretty much going anywhere/ doing anything that jeans and flip-flops are acceptable is good for me.
