I am very young at heart and health. I have a wonderful 14 year old son (adopted at birth) and he is part of what keeps me young (sports, concerts, the like). I would really like to make a great acquaintance and friend for a future long term relationship. I will share more about that in an open and candid way should we visit.

A picture and brief description can tell very little about a person. I would hope if you met me that you would find that I'm intelligent, adventurous, spontaneous, generous, hard working, flexible, easy-going, communicative, affectionate, creative and sensual. I love to laugh and make others laugh. I joy in life's pleasures, some sophisticated and some rough around the edges. The same day might find me in a trench helping a friend, or at a wine tasting! I have spent part of my life volunteering in foreign countries. My friends have described me as cultured, but I believe there is no limit to what we can learn and am constantly refining my world view. I am an individual who makes up his own mind and doesn't follow the crowd. Someone who loves people, taking responsibility for my life’s action and is considerate and tolerant of others. Some one who knows they are not perfect and understands forgiveness. I am someone who loves nature and the outdoors and animals and is curious about life and people and other cultures, not racist or judgmental. Someone who is willing to connect mind, body and spirit and is passionate, sensual, affectionate, supporting and loving. Someone who reaches out to others.

Honestly, I have been separated for 4 years. I am only months away from finalizing my divorce. Things are very amicable. I will share more of my situation openly and honestly with you.

I feel my match is a confident woman who loves adventure and has an insatiable curiosity. I would hope she is social, outgoing and with a fun sense of humor. Someone who loves people and children. She values communication, is open to opinions, yet has conviction. Someone who is sophisticated yet earthy, flexible and willing to try new experiences, intelligent without being too intellectual, sassy and playful, humorous, giving, adventurous and sensual; someone who values others as they would themselves; someone with a sense of spirituality, yet not wanting to live a life of mediocrity.
