This time of life is supposed to be the “golden years”. No alarm clock to set, don’t have to get up early to go to work. It’s the time of life where the children are grown and gone and all that matters is each other. Spending time with each other doing whatever comes to mind.

Some things I like doing: dancing (although I don’t do it well, and need to learn more), golf (been known to play a little but mostly just to be outdoors and get a little sun), water activities like boating, snorkeling, going on a cruise, and water aerobics. Reading mysteries and suspense novels. 60s and 70s music. Going out to restaurants but can cook a good meal. Going to the movies or watching a movie at home. Playing cards or board games. Love to travel. I lived in a motorhome for 5 years and traveled the US, Canada and Mexico.

I am warm, caring, passionate, and a hopeless romantic. Somewhat shy. My friends say I have a beautiful spirit. I was married for 37 years and enjoyed a marriage relationship. Lost my husband to cancer. Originally from Staten Island, NY. Been in Florida so long I’m almost a native.

I am conservative in my politics and committed to my faith. I thank God every day for all the blessings he has given me. I believe the Bible is inerrant and that Jesus is the only way to heaven.
