Motorcycle chick who currently finds herself without her ride.

In 2008 I experienced an epiphany: life was too short to be comfortable but unhappy. I mustered up a load of courage, quit my high-octane career, sold my home and a bunch of my belongings (including my beloved Kawi W650), bought a backpack and traveled around the world for 7 months. Just returned a few months ago.

Unstable? Maybe. Crazy? Sure. The most amazing thing I've ever done in my life? Without question. Thelma and Louise had the right idea. You start off committing one somewhat reckless act of bravery and it just snowballs, like a row of dominoes being knocked down. Not that I'm planning to drive myself and my best friend off a cliff anytime soon...

If you're into fitness (very important) and lead a generally healthy lifestyle, have wit to spare, aren't afraid to meet me at the Scrabble board and enjoy a good sparring match (verbal, philosophical, etc).... happy to meet you - just to hang out, have drinks on a patio, toss a Frisbee, walk the dog (I don't have one, but we could walk yours), converse.

Oh, and if you happen to also have a motorcycle with an empty back seat, I certainly wouldn't be sad about it.

Anything that doesn't involve sitting at a table for 2 staring uncomfortably at each other while we hope for chemistry. Or long walks, or crackling fires, or sunsets. (Come on, seriously...)
