About Me
I will return to this later and add something mind bending... i promise. I just need to think about what that might be. It has to be witty, genuine and creative like me. Just check back later and see what I have to say about me.
UPDATE: Ok, in thinking about what to put here I decided to look and see what some of the other ladies on this site had to say to you, the amazing men who are taking the time to follow this blurb here. It seems Honesty is high on the list of wants from my cohorts here in the deep blue sea. So much so, several of them put it as a must in their headline. I just want to say now that I am not asking for you to be honest with me should we fall deeply in love and attempt that thing called a relationship or anything else in between. I expect it without asking for it. That's a given. I am honest... you are honest. We are honest. That keeps it simple and easy.
The other thing I see as a common thread from other women my age on the profile is that they are asking for men who "don't play games". I keep scratching my head and need some clarification please. What are these games they speak of? What are the rules? Maybe I like games? I don't know if I've ever dated a man that did this game playing? Are there roles involved? Is there a safe word used in any of these games? :-) It doesn't seem that many women are up for this game playing though, that's for sure. So, if you are a "game player" Please, please email me and let me know just what these games consist of? Then I can decide if I too am against "game playing".
I will keep thinking of what to tell you about me. For starters here are a few things I like, love or adore adore.... spring rain, french press coffee with three creams and two splendas, cooking, movies, being in nature, my rope sandals, fat babies, red wine, meteor showers in the summer, crayons, intelligent conversations, my dog and lots of other stuff too.
UPDATE #2 Ok, the feedback from my questions regarding game playing has been fabulous! There is certainly a motley crew of men swimming among us. And it seems many of you have some interesting definitions of game playing here. I love it! This has been worth the price ten fold! I can only shake my head and continue reading emails... Thank you all for your assistance in clarifying this matter for me.
HEY SUGAR! It surprisingly seems to me that the sweetener Splenda is a turn off for many of you. Thank you all for the information about how I will die of cancer, get fat instead of loose weight using this product, have babies with a birth defect, end up with Alzheimers Disease, and contribute to debauchery worldwide with my splenda habit. I especially appreciate the links I have received to anti-splenda websites.
Apparently, you wonderful, health conscious men are opposed to dying the horrible death that results from Splenda ingestion. Sugar is by far your sweetener of choice. I respect this. I promise not to make you do lines of Splenda off my coffee table. I will however, continue to put it in my coffee each and every day. I am health conscious in other ways. I recycle. I exercise. I don't use DEET products. I try to use natural body products so I don't slather chemicals on my body. I don't eat MSG and, yes, I buy the organic apples. A girl's gotta have at least one bad habit, right? Please keep the helpful tips on health and happiness coming!
