Having fun has much more to do with who you are with than what you are doing... but I do like poetry spots, movies, dinner dates, lounges..and I love R& B/Neo soul music concerts (Floetry, Musiq, Erykah Badu, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Floetry, Chaka Khan, Maxwell is back!!!) and Nintendo Wii breaks

Just moved to Chicago two years ago to pursue my PhD, so still trying to explore the hot spots (who am I kidding still trying to get off the Univ of Chicago campus!).... but I do like spots ranging from the Wild Hare, Argo's Tea, Sushi Samba, Jazz at the Shedd to Cuatro!

First date- Im flexible... but I'm a Law & Order finatic, so we're definitely meeting in PUBLIC... dinner, tea somewhere we can chat (check out each other's physical and mental attributes) in a casual and vibrant environment. I'm realizing a good first date is one where you dont wan't to dissapear into the bathroom (dont act like I'm the only one who considered this!) Sparks aren't neccessarily going to be flying all around in the first encounter.. but disgust is a red flag.lol lol
