This might sound cliche, but I am new at this. Just recently moved to Columbia and am looking to meet some people. Not looking for anything serious, just someone who I can have a good conversation with and be myself around. I am very close with my family, especially my older brother who I actually live with. He and my parents have had a huge impact on the person that I am today. I am a huge sports fan, especially football, but will watch just about any sport. The Ravens are my squad (Steelers fans need not read any further). As a West Virginia University Alum I love my Mountaineers. In addition to being a sports fan I am very passionate about music. Just like sports, I love all kinds of music but am a rocker at heart. I love going to concerts and have seen over 100 bands in concert. Nothin beats the sounds of live music on a nice summer night. So that's me in a nutshell, but you don't have to take my word for it...get to know me for yourself=)

I think that a great first date is doing something competetive. Shooting pool, mini golf, going to an arcade. People really loosen up when they're playing a game. Plus, if you're having a tough time keeping the conversation going you just have to comment on the game you're playing. Helps to take away from any awkward silences.
